At least half of the tourists who spend a week here, start asking about buying a place. In fact, that is how we all got here. If you are just a looky-loo or you are seriously investigating owning your personal beach paradise, it is worth seeing what is available. Playa Blanca has some fantastic opportunities ranging from unbuilt lots, to condos, to single family homes. It is one of the few places left in the world where you can afford to buy a place right on the beach. It is not called Last Best Beach without reason.
The process of buying is fairly straight forward and there are English-speaking lawyers in the area who can guide you through.
Nearby Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa have English-speaking realtors who list some Playa Blanca vacation houses and lots and they are easy to contact through the internet.
