You can learn how to prepare a traditional Mexican comida side by side with a local family and then enjoy it together.

The meal will be a simple, delicious and filling meal that is made using local ingredients. This isn’t a gourmet meal you’ll be cooking – you’ll learn to make some or all of the following – handmade tortillas, salsa, guacamole, rice, beans, chicken or fish, a dessert and an agua fresca with your hosts. The menu will vary slightly based on what is most fresh and available.

The location will vary since you will likely be going to someone’s home, but the experience will always be incredible.
